Contacting agencies to check when staff are attending sessions.
Checking staff timesheets and when and where staff have worked
Checking Staff absences
Checking staff compliance information
Check risk assessments have been completed
Checking staff reports have been completed
Check if any incidents have been reported by staff and notify management
Check if staff require any support and notify management
Checking ID's have been created and received
Collating questionnaires and creating reports on progress and outcomes
Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, email
Able to use the phone, Contact Clients, make cold calls
