THE ROLE

In this role, you will handle all incoming customer enquiries, orders and complaints. You will maintain clear communication on back orders, for your areas customers daily. 

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Recording all customer contact on CRM
  • Upselling at every opportunity
  • Doing OTP’s (Orders to place) within one hour
  • Managing a specific email inbox as well as your own
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Following through queries and complaints

 

THE CANDIDATE

To be eligible for this opportunity

you must have achieved Functional Skills Level 1

Working hours: 8:30am-16:30 , Monday to Friday
