With a workforce of about 6121 staff, including schools, Croydon Council is one of the largest employers in the borough. The council also makes a significant contribution to the local economy.
This apprenticeship will give a fulfilling opportunity to work with children and young people in care and care leavers, while also gaining an understanding into the how’s and why’s of their circumstances.
As a Youth Worker you will use educational activities, advice and support to help young people learn about themselves and to become more confident.
