This is a retail role with a difference! You will be working with a team in store, where your primary focus is working directly with business customers and developing our business-to-business accounts, through both inbound customers walking into store and outbound telephone activity, to grow and maintain relationships with existing accounts and generate new business leads.
Using your amazing sales skills to grow the catchment area accounts, you will be comfortable talking to all Customer types - from sole traders & landlords, small to medium companies, to public sector organisations - both face to face and over the phone. You will be expected to work independently and as part of the team to manage and grow the B2B catchment area account base.
