Customer Service Officer Apprentice

THE COMPANY

Mulalley is a private (family) owned business with a turnover in excess of £150 million per annum. Mulalley is part of the Sherrygreen Group of Companies. Mulalley commenced trading in 1972 and was set up by the O'Malley family. Our primary business is construction and construction related activities including:

  • New Housing and Development
  • New Social and Education projects
  • Major Refurbishment
  • Estate and Area Regeneration
  • Decent Homes/Planned Maintenance
  • Reactive Maintenance

THE ROLE

Earn as you learn, whilst gaining valuable workplace experience and qualifications. This role is a Resident Liaison Apprenticeship, in which you will bw providing administrative and customer service support to our site team.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Being the resident’s first point of contact
  • Keep residents updated on the progress of works to their home
  • Dealing with resident queries
  • Carrying out condition surveys and resident interviews
  • Daily visits to residents at home
  • Ensuring the smooth delivery of the works in residents’ home

  • Well presented with good communication skills

  • Must remain professional in all situations

Desired qualifications

  • Will need to pass Croydon College entry assessment(s)
  • Due to the nature of the work there is a requirement for the successful applicant to undergo a Basic Disclosure Check

Things to consider

  • A Full UK Driving license – will be required for full time employment opportunity, Upon successful completion of apprenticeship

 

This apprenticeship with last 23 months
