The role is customer focused and the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within a demanding role where the balance of customer satisfaction and service delivery is critical. Providing level 2 support to customers where issues have been escalated by the support team you will be monitoring your own and support que tickets to ensure they are dealt with in the timescale required. Other duties include assisting the 1st line support with answering phone calls when they are busy on another call.
