We own and manage over 1,400 homes in Croydon, Bromley, Sutton and Merton. We have been rooted in the local community since 1967, when we were founded to meet the need for housing in the community. We have continued working within the community through initiatives such as the Horizons Programme, which supports residents back into work. We are committed to delivering a high quality service to our residents and developing more homes within the community.


This is an exciting opportunity for hands on experience, allowing you the freedom to own the role within a busy marketing and sales team. You will be required to write copy for our publications, co-ordinate a variety of events, post content on social media, update the website and intranet as well as assisting with wider marketing campaigns. 


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Proactively support the Communications and Marketing & Digital Strategy objectives to ensure CCHA improve resident engagement techniques to increase satisfaction with CCHA as a landlord
  • Provide full administrative support to the Senior Marketing and Sales Officer including general filing, budget maintenance & upkeep of documents
  • Support the Senior Marketing and Sales Officer to successfully deliver CCHA’s external and internal Communication Plans.
  • Ensure regular content, functionality and maintenance updates of CCHA’s Website are carried out as directed by the Senior Marketing and Sales Officer.



  • Strong verbal communication skills – confidence in interacting with a range of people at various levels.
  • An ability to work within a team as well as on your own initiative
  • Strong written communication skills – an eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Able to organise information clearly, systematically and accurately
  • A natural creative ability and able to contribute new ideas.
