In this role, you will be supporting up to 20 young people into a positive future by giving weekly one on one support in a Secondary/Primary school. The successful candidate will deliver workshops to large groups of young people on prevention of knife crime as well as represent LNK at fundraising and corporate events.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Feedback and give written notes back to project manager weekly at LNK.
  • Contribute to the training and development of colleagues, as appropriate, in the form of formal and informal training and knowledge sharing.
  • Work with young people to better themselves, offer advice and support.
  • You will need to write Case Studies every 6 weeks for each young person.



  • An understanding of knife crime, gang culture and youth violence
  • Personally wants to educate young people on knife and gang culture because of knowledge on the issue
  • Worked to deadlines for others and understands time frames for case studies and paperwork
