Purpose
· Provide a positive and welcoming first impression for visitors, clients, parents and staff
· Maintain an organised and efficient front desk and reception area
· ensure smooth operation of reception activities
Time Commitment
· Flexible, can be up to 8 hours a week spread over 2 -3 days during weekday mornings– mid-afternoon for up to 1 year to provide consistency
Main responsibilities
· Warmly welcome and assist all individuals accessing Legacy Youth Zone
· Support with entrance and young people signing in when they arrive
· Provide basic information and support to visitors as needed
· Take accurate messages and relay them to appropriate member of staff
· Receive post, food deliveries and alert staff when they arrive
· Communicate effectively with other members of staff to relay information
· Assist staff with additional administrative tasks as agreed and appropriate.
