Key Responsibilities Marketing,

 

Content Creation & Brand Development

•Develop and execute a marketing strategy that strengthens our brand and drives product awareness.

•Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.

•Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with creative, data-driven campaigns.

•Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads and Amazon).

•Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and designers to ensure compelling brand visuals and storytelling. Act as a brand guardian to existing assets.

•Monitor and analyse marketing performance, using insights to refine strategies.

•Develop a marketing calendar to align campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.Graphic Design & Content Creation•Design and produce marketing materials, including social media graphics, product visuals, promotional assets, packaging concepts, and event banners.

•Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and communications.

•Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software is required.

•Ability to create basic video content/editing for short-form marketing videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) is a plus.

 

What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience

 

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or brand management, preferably in food, health,or ethical brands.

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement.

• Experience in brand storytelling – someone who can communicate Lovegrass Ethiopia’smission authentically.

• Ability to develop and execute marketing calendars, seasonal campaigns, and new productlaunches.

• Graphic design skills, with experience using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, orsimilar software.

• Basic video editing skills for short-form content creation.

• Understanding of consumer behaviour and ability to craft compelling marketing campaigns.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and paid ads.

• Ability to analyse social media insights and adjust content strategies accordingly.

• Experience with PR and influencer outreach to amplify brand awareness.

• Ability to develop relationships with retail buyers, distributors, and potential brand partners.

• Strong negotiation & communication skills – comfortable pitching products and securing
