Barista Wanted – Join Mr. Tinto Coffee in Croydon! ☕
Location: Croydon (East Croydon & West Croydon – Two Locations)
Position: Barista (Approx. 30 Hours Per Week)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £12+ per hour (based on experience)
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Mr. Tinto is a well-established specialty coffee brand in Croydon, dedicated to serving exceptional coffee with passion and precision.
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our team - someone who loves coffee, takes pride in quality service, and is committed to working hard in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Main duties:
- Preparing coffee and hot drinks for customers
- Processing payments
- Checking stock levels
- Opening and closing the stores
- Keeping the stores clean and tidy
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in specialty coffee (latte art, espresso extraction, and dialling in).
- A genuine passion for coffee and delivering top-tier customer service.
- A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic team.
- Ability to work across two locations (East & West Croydon).
- Availability to work within our business hours (Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
- Someone reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with the brand.
