We are currently seeking to appoint a number of Learning Support Assistants to assist and support our Curriculum staff in a number of different departments across the College.
This employment pathway will provide you with the tools to secure this role. Start date is Monday 31st March 2025.
Two weeks training, followed by 3 days work experience and a garanteed interview for this post.

As a Learning Support Assistant you will help the College to provide a quality learning environment with the ultimate aim of raising levels of attainment. The role will involve working with learners with a variety of support needs, including those with emotional and behavioural needs, learning difficulties and those who have disengaged from mainstream education.
Terms time only, this role is part time 3 days pw, 9am to 3.30pm
Introductory Session - Thursday 27 March
Course details
- Week 1 - Starts 31 March Mon - Thurs 9.30-2.30pm
Two week break for Easter w/c 7th and 14 April
- Week 2 - Tuesday 22 -25th Thursday(because of bank Holiday Monday)
- Week 3 - Work experience & Interview
