We are looking to recruit an experienced Static Cleaner for one of our contracted sites in Croydon.
To undertake all cleaning tasks in accordance with contract specifications and management instructions. Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential.
Part-Time Permanent role.
Hours: 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (2.5 hours per day from 6 am to 8.30 am)
£13.85 per hour.
Main Duties:
The following list is not exhaustive, and other duties and responsibilities of a similar level and nature may be required from time to time.
- To carry out cleaning functions in accordance with schedules and working targets as agreed by the Account Manager
- To maintain an effective and safe working environment
- To ensure that all equipment is correctly utilised and maintained
- To communicate effectively and maintain customer relationships
- To attend training as and when required
- Take responsibility for ensuring adequate stock levels and consumables are ordered in a timely manner
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Ensure that any chemical usage and storage adheres to COSHH regulations
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with Chequers' Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times
- Any reasonable request by management
Candidate requirements:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential

- Punctual
- Good level of English
- Able to work unsupervised
