Central & Whitgift in partnership with Ethos Farm and Croydon Works are offering a FREE Customer Service Training Programme to enhance your potential to gain employment in the Retail sector.

 

Tuesday 4th to Thursday 6th November.

 

This course is for unemployed residents of Croydon actively looking for work in Retail/Customer Service.

Each participant who completes the full 3-day training programme will receive an accreditation and the opportunity to attend interviews on Thursday the 6th of November, with companies and brands within Central, Whitgift and the new Allders parade development (to be confirmed).

 

Course dates: Tuesday 4th, Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6h of November.

Course times: 9:30 am to 4 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:30 am to 1 pm on Thursday. 

 

 

Course Covers:

 

  • Confidence Building
  • CV updating/tailoring for specific roles
  • Effective communication
  • Team building
  • Customer service essentials 

 

Lunch will be provided for all three days.

  • A resident of Croydon
  • Actively looking for work in Retail/Customer Service
  • CV
  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Able to attend all 3 days and be on time each day (essential)
  • Haven't attended this course in the past
