We’re looking for a Team Leader to take on a multi-functional role in supporting the management team, leading on the floor, and inspiring our care staff to deliver the very best every day.

Additional Requirement:  Must be a driver with own vehicle, to support with occasional assessments and errands such as collecting medication from the pharmacy. 

 

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in the heart of the action. You’ll work closely with the Home Manager and Administrator to ensure the home runs smoothly, while being a visible, trusted, and motivating presence for our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

•            Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator in operational duties.

•            Acting as a mentor and role model for care staff, promoting best practice.

•            Leading by example on the floor, ensuring care delivery is consistently high-quality.

•            Encouraging reflective practice and continuous improvement across the team.

•            Supporting staff with training, guidance, and emotional wellbeing.

•            Promoting a positive, inclusive, and person-centred culture.

•            Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in care delivery.

•            Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
