Level 3 Hospitality Supervision and Leadership

This course includes:

• Know the different types of hospitality organisations
• Understand the need for effective communication
• Understand how to lead a team effectively
• Understand factors that impact on the hospital industry
• Understand the principles of stock control
• Understand how to use resources effectively.

Eligibility:

• Live in a London /Greater London Borough
• You are not in full-time education
• You have not achieved this qualification before
• You are aged 19 or older on 31st August 2025
• Have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months and the VISA is valid for the duration of the course.
• You have access to a laptop/computer/tablet with a camera. 
• Please note it is mandatory to have your camera on during the course
