Feeling stuck? Not in work, education, or training? Maybe you’ve faced long-term health issues, caring responsibilities, or other barriers to work.
Life doesn’t always go in a straight line – and that’s okay. You’re not alone, we’re here to help.
The Life Reworked programme (known as Trailblazer nationally), is run locally by the South London Partnership, and supports people living in the boroughs of Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth.
It gives residents like you the support, guidance, and opportunities you need to take your next step towards work. And that’s anything from learning new skills, boosting your confidence and finding a job.
PLEASE NOTE: You will only be eligible for this programme if you meet the following requirements: Have not been looking for work for the past two weeks | Are not currently in education, paid employment, or training | Not on any other DWP programme

What’s different about this programme?
Trailblazer is different because it brings skills and employment support together in one place. We work closely with local GPs, social prescribers, and community services to make sure you can access the right support for you, right here in South London.
