Eligible to candidates studying in a relevant degree area and at an undergraduate level of study. Or on a post graduate master's course due to graduate in 2027.
Internship is a fixed 8-week period: 29 June to 21 August 2026.
The Intern role is based here at London Gatwick. Candidates must be able to commit to the full period of 8 weeks working 40 hours per week. Working hours are: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
£26,250 pro rata to 8-week period of internship.

- Construction Intern (Planning Major Projects) - (Engineering / Project Controls)
- Construction Field Engineer (Major projects) - (Civils or Structural Engineering)
- Construction Intern (Sustainability Field Engineer - Electrical) - (Civil Engineering / Construction Management)
- Construction Intern (Environmental Sustainability) - (Bachelor of Science in Environment and Earth Sciences, Sustainability or Geography)
- Construction Intern (Sustainability Planning) - (Engineering / Project Controls)
- Construction Sustainability Field Engineer (Mechanical) - (mechanical Engineering / Construction Management)
- Construction Data & Visualisation Intern - (Computer Science with AI or Business Analytics)
- Construction (Airfield - Civil) Intern - (Civil Engineering)
- Ecologist Intern - ( Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field)
- Environment Intern - (Environmental Science/Engineering/ Management, Sustainability or a related field)
- Sales and Ops Planning Intern (Maths, engineering or planning discipline)
Candidate eligibility:

Selection Process
- An online application that will involve a CV – Deadline for applications: 30th April 2026. We encourage early applications, as we may close the application window ahead of the deadline if we receive a high volume of strong candidates.
- Online assessment - an online chat tool to demonstrate your strengths and relevant values and behaviours
- On review of your full application and completed assessment, should you be successful you will be shortlisted and then if successful on final selection for the next stage, you will be invited to an interview with the opportunity to meet the manager and members of the team here at London Gatwick. The dates are currently to be confirmed but will take place in May 2026.
