Runway Training are working with Croydon Council as part of their Trailblazer provision to support local economically inactive residents.

 

Runway Lift is a new programme designed to meet individual need, with tailored support to help you progress.

This includes:

 

  • One to one coaching and support
  • CV and interview skills
  • Job search and applications
  • Understanding the hidden job market and personal brand
  • How to network
  • Access a range of well-being health support partners
  • A tailored action plan to help you achieve your goals and progress

 

Eligibility:

 

  • 18+
  • Croydon resident
  • Economically inactive (not in any paid employment and haven't been looking for work within the last two weeks)
  • Not in full-time education
