Formation Design & Build have a number of Work Experience opportunities available across our two Croydon projects (Cherry Orchard and Waddon).

 

The work experience will be with our subcontractors who will also be looking to employ local labour meaning a Job Opportunity may be available for those who show desired skill set.

 

The Positions offer 1-week Unpaid Work experience, available for start over the next few weeks.

 

Ideal for anyone 16+ looking to gain some valuable work experience within the construction industry. 

Cherry Orchard Positions: 

 

  • Electrician final fix experience
  • Plumber final fix experience
  • Decorator work experience
  • Floor finishes
  • External works to perimeter of site

 

Waddon Positions: 

 

Internal unit first fix activities, trades including:

 

  • Electrician work experience
  • Plumber work experience
  • Dryliner work experience

External façade construction:

 

  • Bricklayer work experience
  • Roof finishes

REQUIREMENTS

  • Interest in pursuing a career in bricklaying
