We are looking for an enthusiastic RIBA Part II Architect, or someone with an equivalent recognised architectural qualification, to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop professional competence through practical experience and structured learning, with support towards RIBA Part III and ARB registration where applicable.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with approximately 2 to 5 years’ post-graduate experience who is keen to continue developing their professional and technical skills across building surveying, construction, property and project work within a supportive Chartered Surveying practice.

Start your career in building surveying with Ayer Associates Ltd, where you will gain practical experience on real projects while working towards a recognised qualification. As our Apprentice Building Surveyor, you will learn from experienced colleagues in a friendly, supportive team and build your knowledge of construction, property and professional surveying practice.

 

The apprenticeship will combine structured workplace learning with formal study towards an appropriate building surveying qualification. Details of the programme level, training provider and study arrangements will be confirmed with the successful candidate.

Make Money Make Sense

Our Young Adult Programmes equip 16-25-year-olds with the essential money management skills they need to navigate major life transitions, such as starting work or moving out for the first time.

 

Our programmes are designed to provide practical, real-world financial knowledge. Sessions are interactive, engaging, and tailored to suit the needs of each group.

 

Participants can also earn a Level 1 Personal Money Management qualification.

 

Two-day course running Thursday 24th and Friday 25th September.

General Labourer

Randstad CPE is currently recruiting for reliable and hard-working General Labourers for a busy construction project based in Croydon.

 

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who are physically fit, proactive, and committed to keeping the site running smoothly. You will be working alongside a professional site management team and assisting various trades.

 

Location: Croydon, South London

Pay Rate: £13.68 - £15.80 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing
