The Learner Enrolment Co-ordinator is responsible for managing the enrolment process for individuals referred to our funded courses. This includes contacting referrals, booking one-to-one appointments, providing Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG), and ensuring that learners meet the eligibility criteria.

 

The role also involves obtaining all necessary evidence for Greater London Authority (GLA) funding and ensuring that the course is suitable for the learner’s needs. Additionally, the Learner Enrolment Officer will support the claims administration process as required.

 

Part-time: 25 hours per week (9.30 am – 2.30 pm). Salary £17,857 pro-rata (£13.73 ph).

  • Contact referrals and schedule one-to-one appointments to discuss course options.
  • Provide Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to ensure learners are well-informed and supported in their course selection.
  • Assess the eligibility of learners for funded courses, ensuring they meet all required criteria.
  • Obtain and verify all necessary documentation and evidence for GLA funding compliance.
  • Ensure the selected course is appropriate for the learner’s needs and goals
  • Accurately record and maintain learner information, ensuring all data is up to date and compliant with funding requirements
  • Assist with the administration of claims for funding when needed, ensuring all processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient enrolment processes.
  • Monthly reporting of data updating progress against KPI’s
  • Provide ongoing support to learners throughout the enrolment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Ensure learners feel supported and confident in their course selection and aware of their next steps.
  • Work collaboratively with referral partners to ensure smooth referrals and high-quality learner experiences.
  • Ensure that students' learning needs are met through a wide range of support
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the growth and development of the department.  This could include, approaching new businesses and creating marketing material
  • Any other reasonable office-based tasks

  • Experience in providing Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to learners or service users is an advantage.

Qualifications and Training

 

Essential

  • Level 2 qualifications in English & Maths or the willingness to undertake them

Desirable

  • Willing to undertake further qualifications as part of self-development
  • Educated to A level standard, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
