This fully online course will enable you to achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Retail Operations which is nationally-recognised and will help you gain employment in the retail sector. 

 

The course runs from Monday 28th of October to Tuesday the 5th of November. 9:30 am to 2:30 pm each day.

 

Access to a laptop or large-screen tablet is essential. 

On this course, you will learn about:

  • Understanding how to contribute to the effectiveness of the retail business
  • Understanding how a retail business maintains health and safety on its premises
  • Understanding of retail consumer law
  • Understand how to deal with customer queries and complaints in the environment
  • Understand how to handle customer payments• Understand the control, receipt and storage of stock
