“Get Ahead South London” which aims to empower young people aged 16-24 who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET).
Our Youth Engagement Early Careers Coaches, will guide and support participants through a transformative 12-week program, helping them discover and achieve their full potential. Our Early Careers Coaches will be a game-changer for young adults looking to launch their careers. They will work one-on-one with participants, helping them navigate challenges/barriers and unlock their full potential”
We aim to do this by:
Building rapport and trust with a diverse group of young people, understanding their unique challenges and aspirations.
Develop individualized action plans with participants, focusing on their strengths and interests.
Facilitate group activities and workshops to foster personal development, skills building, and confidence.
Connect participants to relevant resources and opportunities in education, employment, and training.
Provide ongoing encouragement, motivation, and accountability throughout the program.
Track participant progress and report outcomes to program stakeholders.
