Connect to Work is a voluntary Supported Employment Programme to help disabled people, those with health conditions and people with complex barriers to employment, to find sustainable work.

 

Connect to Work will provide 12  months employment support for those that are unemployed. Four months support to people who are in work and at risk of loosing their job

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are aged 18 or over and live in England.
  • Are not currently on another DWP-funded programme.
  • Are unemployed, or employed but at risk of losing your job (after 3+ months in your role, excluding zero-hour contracts).
  • Have a health condition or disability or face significant barriers to work.

We also welcome applications from:

  • Carers and ex-carers.
  • People with experience of the criminal justice system.
  • Homeless individuals.
  • Former members of the Armed Forces and their partners.
  • People affected by substance dependency.
  • Care leavers and care-experienced young people.
  • Refugees and those on resettlement schemes.
  • Survivors of domestic abuse or modern slavery.
  • Young people at risk of serious violence.
