I heard about Croydon Works whilst in conversation with an individual who happened to work for Croydon Council. I was looking for a council service, that supported businesses in advertising vacancies. The individual pointed me in the direction of Croydon Works so I searched for and accessed them online.

I believe using Croydon Works' services was the best choice for us, due to 2 key factors:

1. The brokerage officer has taken time out to ensure that he is aware of what the customers and prospective employee's needs are2. He then takes the information gathered and uses his judgement to see if there is a possible professional match.

So far, this year we have benefited from working with Croydon Works as 3 people have been recruited as a result of our collaboration. I feel that this success is due mainly to the work and strategies that have been adopted by the job broker, Oscar Alexander, who has consistently delivered above and beyond our expectations. We have recruited staff who are keen to learn, passionate about their profession and hard working individuals. These employees also share values that are synonymous with that of our company.
