8 weeks of paid work experience for a site in Croydon.
Supervisor - To shadow our Project Manager and assist with daily management tasks & reporting requirements, together with understanding the safe & efficient methods of project delivery.
Foreman - To assist the site Foreman with the daily leading of operational tasks, including directing and managing on on-site workforce.
Operative - To carry out manual tasks and understand how to deliver works whilst working in a safe manner and gaining skills in various trades.
Each role can be fine-tuned with each individual candidate based on skill, knowledge and preferred learning requirement.
Eligibility:
- Aged 18 - 24 (due to on-site insurance/business risk regulations)
- They will need to be studying some form of construction course/or have studied recently
- Have a suitable CV
- English and Maths are helpful but not essential
- Able to commit to the full 8 weeks (due start date (commencing works): 27th June (30th on site) to Friday 29th of August)
