We are currently looking for a skilled and versatile multi-trader with strong plastering, painting, tiling, and basic mould treatment capabilities. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality finishes across a range of properties and contribute to both reactive and planned works.

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. £19 – £24 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications
Job Title: Multi-Trader (Plastering, Painting & Tiling)
Location: London and surrounding areas (within the M25)
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract or CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) engagement
Salary Range: £19 – £24 per hour (A higher rate will be awarded to candidates proficient and experienced in all three trades: plastering, painting, and tiling).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality plastering works, including patch repairs, rendering, and full wall/ceiling finishes
- Carry out painting and decorating, including interior and exterior finishes using paint, wallpaper, and other materials
- Complete a range of tiling works in kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas, ensuring clean lines and durable finishes
- Conduct mould treatments to affected surfaces using appropriate techniques and products
- Prepare surfaces, mix materials, and apply finishes in accordance with specification and trade standards
- Work to deadlines while maintaining a clean, safe working environment and complying with all health and safety regulations
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
- Trade-specific CSCS card (must be valid)
- NVQ Level 2 minimum in any of the following: Plastering, Painting & Decorating, or Tiling
- COSHH training certification (in date)
- Face Fit Test (in date)
- UKATA Approved Asbestos Awareness (in date)
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a vehicle (or ability to hire one for work purposes)
Mandatory Competencies:
- Able to carry out and document risk assessments
- Skilled in composing method statements and RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement)
