We are currently looking for a skilled and versatile plumber with strong experience. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality plumbing across a range of properties and contribute to both reactive and planned works.

 

London and surrounding areas (within the M25) . Fixed-term contract or CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) engagement

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. £20 - £26 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications

Indicative Hourly Rate (Social Housing): £20 – £26 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and scope of works.

Higher rates may be considered only where multi-skilling or specialist competence is clearly demonstrated.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied residential properties
  • Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, faulty pipework, and sanitaryware
  • Install and replace taps, toilets, basins, baths, and pipework
  • Complete first- and second-fix plumbing works
  • Work professionally within tenant-occupied homes
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Complete job documentation and reporting

 

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

 

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to undertake DBS checks
  • Willingness to work on council and framework contracts

  • Asbestos Awareness (IATP/UKATA)
  • COSHH Awareness
  • FFP3 Face Fit Test
  • Manual Handling
  • Working at Height
