We are seeking to recruit 8 Senior Community Reablement Officer’s to join the Council’s Active Reablement team to work within a service offering short term programmes of bespoke Reablement interventions. We are looking for people who have a positive attitude, have innovative, enthusiasm and a passion for working with people. The service delivery is person centred and outcomes focused, which will support customer’s health and wellbeing and promote independence.
