Croydon Council, in partnership with our Transformation partner, Newton Impact, is offering an exclusive two-week Summer Academy Programme for young adults aged 18+ interested in a career in consulting.
Gain hands-on experience working on real transformation projects whilst developing essential consulting skills through professional training and development support.
Programme Dates: Monday 18th - Friday 29th August.

- No prior consulting experience required - we'll provide all necessary training
What You'll Learn:
Data Analysis: Learn to gather, analyse and interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
Problem Solving: Develop structured approaches to tackle challenging business problems.
Communication Skills: Master the art of presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively in diverse teams to achieve shared objectives.
