About the Role
As a level 3 Plumbing Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of our fun and diverse team of tradespeople.
Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the below
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems, including hot water systems, boilers, and renewable energy solutions.
- Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics on plumbing and heating systems.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards building regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, liaising with clients to explain work carried out and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in plumbing and heating technologies, including renewable energy solutions.
- Locating and identifying leaks.
- Repairing or replacing pipes and parts.
- Determining the right tools and equipment necessary to successfully complete a job.
- Assisting with preparing cost estimates for clients.
- Helping the Plumber to ensure that all work is in accordance with health and safety codes.
- Cleaning the job site after the work is completed.
- Answering client queries.
- Following the Plumbers' orders and instructions.
- Ensuring the right materials are available in good time in order to improve completion rates

Qualifications
- To be considered for this apprenticeship you will need to have achieved a Grade 4 or C and above in Maths and English
- You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
Applicants will need to complete competency and motivational questions and those successful will be offered a position, ready to join in August 2025.
