Bulk Driver/Loader
Help us keep Croydon’s estates clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.
We are looking for a committed Bulk Driver/Loader to join our Estates and Environmental Services team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring refuse and bulky waste is removed safely and efficiently, working directly in our neighbourhoods to improve the environment for local communities.
You must hold a LGV licence to be eligible for this role.

About the role
- Drive and operate large collection vehicles across Croydon’s estates.
- Carry out safe loading, removal, and disposal of bulky household waste.
- Work with caretakers and colleagues to maintain high estate standards.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
About you
- Hold a valid LGV licence with experience driving large vehicles.
- Knowledge of safe loading/unloading practices.
- A team player with a positive, “can do” attitude.
- Strong awareness of health and safety and customer service.
