You will be encouraged to take responsibility as your experience grows, with guidance, mentoring and support from experienced Chartered Surveyors. We will support your professional development and help you build the experience required for progression within the building surveying profession, including towards APC or other relevant professional pathways where appropriate.

  • A professional, organised and practical approach to work, with good attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to develop skills in relevant technical software.
  • A full UK driving licence would be helpful, although the ability to travel to sites and offices as required is more important.

What we offer

  • A full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
  • A competitive remuneration package.
  • Practical experience across building surveying, project support and wider property consultancy work.
  • Support with professional development, APC preparation and relevant continuing professional development.
