Social Value Officer

You will play a pivotal role in delivering meaningful social impact across Croydon and South London. You will be responsible for designing and facilitating employability workshops as well as building strong partnerships with charities, social enterprises, and local stakeholders.

 

Your work will directly contribute to our broader ESG ambitions, while ensuring our Social Value activities are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with customer priorities.

 

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30

Location: Hybrid/ Croydon, but regular travel around London is required as well as regular visits to head office in Milton Keynes

On-Site Client Account Executive

We provide products and services that allow our customers to recruit temporary, contingent or permanent staff, procure consultants and statement of works, and manage the screening and compliance of all workers. On-site attendance requirements: For the first 6 months in post, 4 days per week onsite. Following this, 3 days a week onsite with the customer. 

RIBA Part II Architect

Start your career in building surveying with Ayer Associates Ltd, where you will gain practical experience on real projects while working towards a recognised qualification. As our Apprentice Building Surveyor, you will learn from experienced colleagues in a friendly, supportive team and build your knowledge of construction, property and professional surveying practice.

 

The apprenticeship will combine structured workplace learning with formal study towards an appropriate building surveying qualification. Details of the programme level, training provider and study arrangements will be confirmed with the successful candidate.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who are physically fit, proactive, and committed to keeping the site running smoothly. You will be working alongside a professional site management team and assisting various trades.
