Bricklayer

THE ROLE

The project is a design and build of 126 residential dwellings across 3 blocks, to include;

• 97 apartments
• 20 maisonettes
• 9 townhouses

Additional Features: External works including access, car parking, cycle parking, landscaping, and associated infrastructure works.

Sustainability Focus: Energy centre to ensure eco-friendly operations.

The Bricklayer is responsible carrying out general bricklayer duties to include brick and block work, as well as pointing.

The role is for an immediate start and will require someone for at least 3 months.

THE CANDIDATE

In order to be consider for this role, you will need to have the following:

• Hold a CSCS card
• Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles).
• Be hard working, reliable and punctual
• Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own or as part of a team
• Previous site experience in a similar role
• Be able to provide an up to date CV and references

• Hours Mon – Fri 8 – 6pm and Sat 8 – 1pm
