We are looking to recruit reliable House Porters.

 

Full-time and part-time shifts, permanent. £26,000 per year (full-time salary).

As a House Porter, you will:

 

  • Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness presentation and care in all guest rooms and public areas.
  • Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved.
  • Ensure the guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard.
  • Ensure your uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition.
  • Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly.
  • Count and distribute linen deliveries around the hotel.
  • Reconcile general housekeeping supplies around the hotel.
  • Act as a support structure for the housekeeping team, responding to the varying needs of the department.
  • Work in line with the needs of the business.
