Do you hold a full enhanced DBS and driving licence. Working for Croydon Council via Adecco, this role will be working in multiple sites, travelling independently throughout the borough.
Initial 3 month contract to help transfer our clients from Careium to Appello.
It’s a frontline job which does not involve data transfer. We need 2 officers to work in the community their duties will be:
• Arrange appointments for themselves
• Visit clients in their homes
• Change clients alarms to a digital option
• Reprogramme clients’ analogue units to Appello ARC
• Carry out a test call whilst on site – after reprogramming or changing the equipment
• Keep accurate records of the units that they switch out or reprogramme
