You will be part of a multi-disciplined Neighbourhood Services team and directly responsible for a defined multi-tenure patch, delivering a high level of customer service and effective Housing Management Service to our residents and external customers.

The Contracts Supervisor ensures that the company’s operational activities are undertaken according to the contract specification. They must also seek to deliver peak performance in terms of quality, quantity of work and health & safety requirements.

 

The role will be responsible for the supervision of the cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are delivered to a high standard and the required schedule. The role holds the responsibility for monitoring the cleaning staff to ensure that the correct methods are being used and that Health and Safety requirements are being observed.
