Education, Training & Employability Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic ETE Officer to deliver an inclusive, youth-focused employment hub supporting young people aged 16-24 across Croydon, Lambeth and Bromley. You will provide 1:1 mentoring, employability support and practical guidance to young people facing barriers to work, including those experiencing poor mental health, housing instability, or other complex needs.

 

Working closely with DWP Work Coaches, employers and local partners, you will support young people with moving towards employment, training or meaningful progression.

 

Salary: £28,860 per year

Hours: 37.5 per week

Contract: 1 year fixed-term (with possibility of extension)
