THE ROLE
Mulalley commenced trading in 1972 and was set up by the O'Malley family. Their primary business is construction and construction related activities including:
- New Housing and Development
- New Social and Education projects
- Major Refurbishment
- Estate and Area Regeneration
- Decent Homes/Planned Maintenance
- Reactive Maintenance
The majority of these projects are delivered under Partnering arrangements with their Partner Clients who include RSL's, Councils, ALMOs, educational and health authorities.
Key Responsibilities
The position of Site Administrator includes the following responsibilities:
- Data entry into Excel spreadsheets, filtering, and printing reports
- Copying and scanning documents to file locations
- Transferring email attachments to file locations
- Monitor the site telephone switchboard, answer, and distribute calls, as necessary.
- Liaise with visitors to the site.
- Clerical duties which include (but are not limited to) checking and sending emails, typing letters, faxes, and filing.
- To perform any reasonable duties as requested by your manager.
THE CANDIDATE
Your knowledge and experience:
The Site Administrator shall have good written, communication and inter-personal skills.
- Must be IT literate (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint , Excel and Easy-bop)
- Must be able to use own initiative and work within a team.
- Ideally, you would have experience within a social housing business/environment
- Salary up to £30k along with associated benefits
